  • General Labourer – I year
  • Previous construction experience
  • WHMIS (can provide)
  • Working at Heights
  • Confined Space


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support on a daily basis
  • Continued support to welders, pipefitters and other tradesmen
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Ensure all safety guidelines are being followed, provide a safe working environment
  • Identify safety concerns and escalate to Supervisor/Management
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, procedure manuals, operating and maintenance manuals
  • Maintain a high state of integrity and professionalism in carrying out  the duties and responsibilities of this position
  • Assist other hourly employees as required
  • Promote and support a work environment where people are respected and treated with dignity
  • Any other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Supervisor/Foreman/Lead Hand
  • Ability to work other shifts/overtime as required


Education, Training and Experience:

  • High School diploma


Physical and Safety Requirements:

  • Must be willing and able to work 8 hours or as necessary to meet multiple deadlines
  • Adheres to all work safety rules and regulations
  • Sitting, bending, standing and walking 8 – 10 hours per day
  • Motor Vehicle Record Check
  • Must own steeled-toed boots
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs



  • Willing to work some weekends
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Punctual and works with minimal supervision each day
  • Clean driving record verified by Abstract report
